1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and good777 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the good777 website, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of good777. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically for changes.

good777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the good777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your relationship with good777.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of good777 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. good777 does not permit the use of its services by anyone under 18 years old under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate partner, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of good777 or any of its technology, payment, or content provider partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.

Age Verification Process

good777 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all accounts. You will be required to provide one or more of the following documents to verify your age and identity: a valid national identity card (NID), a valid passport, or a valid driving licence issued by a recognised authority. Documents must clearly show your full legal name, date of birth, and photograph.

Until KYC verification is completed, withdrawal limits may apply to your account. good777 reserves the right to request updated or additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documents within the timeframe requested will result in account restriction. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance held pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services offered by good777, you must complete the account registration process accurately and honestly. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted during registration, and to keep that information updated throughout the life of your account.

Single Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one registered account on good777. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under your own name or under a false identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, good777 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and permanently ban the player from the Platform.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your good777 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use any automated tool to access or interact with the Platform on your behalf.

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to protect your account from unauthorised access.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Contact good777 support immediately at support@good777 if you suspect your account has been compromised.

good777 will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to ask for your password. Any communication purporting to be from good777 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

good777 supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. All account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are charged on deposits or withdrawals made through supported local payment channels.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at good777 is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts; unverified accounts may be subject to lower deposit caps pending KYC completion. good777 accepts only deposits made directly from a payment account or bank account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned (where possible) and the good777 account being placed under review.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account or bank account registered in your own name, matching the name on your verified good777 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests submitted before 6:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are processed the same day. Requests submitted after this cut-off are processed on the next business day.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification to the satisfaction of our compliance team. good777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is large, the account is newly registered, or activity patterns indicate a need for enhanced due diligence.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds are used first; bonus funds are applied once the real-money balance reaches zero.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash game activity at good777 is subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall take precedence.

Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the player.
• good777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including markets with clearly incorrect odds.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settled bets will follow the applicable sport-specific rules. Where no specific rule applies, void/stake return will be the default outcome.
• Live betting markets close at the discretion of good777's trading team. Bets placed after market closure but before visual confirmation of closure on the player's device are void.
• The maximum payout per single bet is subject to limits that vary by sport and market type, as published in the Platform. good777 reserves the right to limit bet amounts for any individual, market, or event at its sole discretion.

Casino & Slots

• All casino games at good777 are supplied by certified third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe) whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited for fairness.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game provider's recovery protocol. If the outcome cannot be recovered, the wager will be returned to your balance.

Errors & Malfunctions

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using good777, you agree to conduct yourself honestly, fairly, and in a manner consistent with the spirit of responsible gambling. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, voiding of balances, and potentially permanent banning from the Platform:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or any other interaction with good777.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one good777 account or acting in coordination with another player to circumvent single-account rules.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or peer-to-peer game format.
• Arbitrage & Match Fixing: Placing bets on the basis of insider knowledge of match outcomes or using systematic arbitrage strategies that exploit pricing errors across markets.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against a legitimate good777 transaction. Any player found to have filed a fraudulent chargeback will have their account suspended and the relevant amount deducted from their balance.
• Offensive Conduct: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language in any communication with good777 staff or in any live game chat feature.
• Money Laundering: Using good777 for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.

good777 monitors all account activity and betting patterns continuously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, we reserve the right to take immediate action including suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities, without prior notice.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

good777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, AML concerns, or where continued operation of the account would be contrary to good777's obligations under applicable law.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your good777 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@good777. Before your account is closed, any remaining balance (subject to applicable withdrawal terms and KYC requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Active bonuses and bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from good777 for responsible gaming reasons may request permanent self-exclusion via their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is permanent and irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, good777's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. good777 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. good777 makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and good777 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
